Second Baptist Church has refused to publish the new by-laws so the members can read them. Although attached to the legal petition, do not take our word for it, read them for yourselves. Please call 713-465-3408 and ask to see the new by-laws. Specifically read the last sentence of Article 4.03(b), where it says that members no longer have a vote.
